Dear PSSMA Members and Associates:
The PSSMA Production Managers’ Seminar and Bag School scheduled for May 12-14, 2020 in Charlotte, North Carolina, have been cancelled.
We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and unfortunately, we have no choice but to cancel this year’s conference. The health, safety and security of our members and participants are our top priority.
Refund checks will be mailed to those who have already registered for the meeting. No credit cards have been charged for the meeting registrations.
It is our understanding that the hotel will process reservation cancellations. We recommend that you follow up to review credit card activity and statements to be sure any deposits made are returned.
If you need assistance with cancelling a room reservation, please let me know.
